The helpline helps children and young people from Ukraine. We are also here for adults who can contact us on behalf of their children. To call the helpline is safe, anonymous and free of charge. We speak Ukrainian and Russian.

The line is intended for children and young people, as well as for adults who call on behalf of children. We provide psychosocial counselling, information and crisis intervention. We strive to improve the mental health of children and young people in general and, at the same time, to support and protect children’s rights.
