Counselling for women and their children
Professional counselling by phone, e-mail or in person for women and their children experiencing violence in a partner relationship.
We provide specialized social and crisis counselling aimed at restoring a sense of security, stopping violence while respecting the woman’s decisions or leaving a violent relationship.
Meetings take place in a confidential counselling room after an agreement with individual women.
Emergency housing facility
Temporary emergency accommodation for women and children experiencing violence in a partner relationship.
We provide accommodation in the emergency housing facility free of charge for the first 3 months, along with basic food aid (durable food) and basic clothing.
The accommodation is charged from the fourth month of stay. The rent depends on the size of the room and the number of accommodated people. It varies from EUR 70 to 170 per month.

- The entrance is barrier-free.
- The services are also provided by female staff.
- These services are free of charge, except for the emergency housing facility, which is charged EUR 70 to 170 per month after three months depending on the size of the room and the number of accommodated people.
